TASK 3
In this task, we decided to create a visual identity for a DJ event that incorporates traditional instruments and music into modern music genres. For the final project, I was assigned to design the ticket and wristband for the event. I research through various sites, mainly Pinterest. The color palette was provided by me and Marsya led the other aspects of the design for everyone to reference when doing their parts. I try to find the color with a bright, cheerful, classic/traditional, and have a connection with the topic.

I made 2 design for the tickets one is for the VVIP category and Cat 1 and so on. The only difference only the graphic element in the information box. I decided not to make an obvious difference between them so it doesn't change the whole ticket style, colors and the identity of the ticket color or looks. The “VVIP” behind the logo for easy identification between category of the ticket even though it is written in the info box. This make the ticket look fuller while keeping it simple.

For the bracelet, I purposely use the same elements and color so it matches the ticket. Because typically after the ticket is given and in exchange the wristband is given after to use in the concert. I want the identity of the ticket is still connected with the ticket so people can see the constant design all over the event, especially the ticket and wristband. The difference between this two design is just the logo placement, I have two designs with the purpose of to have a little flexibility in choices.
Working in group to research and design the poster showed the value of communication, cooperation, and respect for one another's opinions. It stated the idea that true teamwork can produce results that are larger than what is left of their parts, resulting in a poster that not only met our goals but also expressed our team's combined enthusiasm and creativity. Making this design is challenging with the amount of amendments. Miscommunication can be found while doing group projects but it is not a big deal. Although, there was a member that did not want to even try to communicate or help even having been warned multiple times and still ignored it at first. However, after we sternly advised on the duties to be done, there were improvements.
