REFLECTION
Experience
Sometimes I didn't even know where to begin with my work, and I felt
absolutely lost. However, after all of my difficulties, I felt proud of
all of my artistic endeavors. Even though I had no prior experience with
Adobe software or even typography, I'm now able to produce a wide range of
designs. Knowing that I had developed my typographic abilities and
knowledge made me feel good.
Observation
When I compiled all of my writing and went back to my blog, I came to
that realization. I noticed that I could gradually adopt a new point of
view when it came to typography. I now take the time to observe and
evaluate the font, typeface, and compositions I see around me anytime I am
out and about. I begin to become more critical of text compositions and
alignments.
Findings
I begin to understand the meaning of typography. Although I now only have
a basic understanding of typography, I would like to discover more about
it and appreciate the finer points of its design. Overall, I came to
the realization that despite the importance of great typographic design in
our daily lives, many people are unaware of its value.
