Project 2a: Double Exposure

Due to certain issue I had to leave for couple weeks while this project is going. That is why I rushed this project, I know that is not an excuse but I tried my best to do this project.

I use an old picture of me and remove the background

And I add a solid color background that would match the double exposure

Project 2b: Poster Design


In this project we have to make a poster based on 12 SDG and I choose "Life Below Water" Life below water is like stepping into an entirely different world. With vivid corals, schools of fish darting back and forth, and animals like octopuses and sea turtles gently moving through the water, marine life's colors, forms, and motions are breathtakingly beautiful. With beautifully formed rock formations, vibrant anemones, and sea grass swinging in the currents, the underwater landscapes are breathtakingly distinctive. The water's surface is broken by sun rays, which illuminate the depths and produce a mesmerizing dance of light and shadows.

Process

*All sample pictures can be founded on Pinterest and Google.

I found the perfect picture of ocean surface from below

I added all the sea creatures that fits. Even put them in the correct depth like how they are in real live. I put them facing the left top corner because they are swimming away from the pollution and the trash.

I added the corals and did color correction on the sea creatures.

I Added the water pollution on the bottom right corner and a fishnet. Also, I did color correction on the water surface and the corals.

Then of course I added lots and lots of trash

I ended with adding a meaningful text. I made sure to have a rhyme in the title and still made sense. I hope this message to be remembered by anyone who reads it and hopefully reduce the pollution. This message is for everyone. 
Feedback

Week 6: Mr. Martin told me that I needed more trash and brighter color of the water pollution.

Reflections

Experience: 
I had a lot of fun during this assignment, because I'm already a bit familiar with Photoshop I know that doing this project is not gonna be that hard for me. However, it is still tiring because there is a lot to do but, at least I had fun doing this project.
Observations:
Even though I thought I can do this alone but, I still need other people's opinion so I can make adjustment and reflect my self. It is also very important to consult with the lecturer to eliminate misunderstanding and others.
Findings:
Looking through Pinterest, Instagram, and many platforms can provide me a lot of ideas and inspiration for projects especially this project.
